We are a technology consultancy. We work closely with founders and growing companies to understand their problems, advise on the right approach, and build the solution in software and hardware, then stay on to support it.

Most firms take a brief, pass it down a chain and move on. We don't. You work directly with the engineers solving your problem, with no layers of abstraction between what you need and what gets built. We stay close from the first conversation to launch and long after, because the quality of the work and the relationship matter equally to us.

Shaped by real client work.

Before 2 Way Street, each of us worked independently with clients of every size, from early-stage startups to small businesses and industrial teams, across many industries and technologies.

That work taught us what clients value most: clear communication, honest trade-offs and someone who stays after launch. It also showed us how much is lost when the people building a product are kept at arm's length from the business it is for.

We started 2 Way Street to work the way we believe engineering should work: close to the problem, accountable for the outcome and in it for the long run.
