The challenge

The company was growing its franchise network across the country, but onboarding new partners, tracking the orders each franchise placed and working out royalties and commissions happened across paperwork, calls and spreadsheets. Head office had no single view of the network, and every settlement meant manual reconciliation.

What we did

We built the product end to end: a mobile app for franchise partners on iOS and Android, and a web admin portal for head office. New partners are onboarded through the app, every order a franchise places is tracked in one place, and royalties and commissions are calculated from those orders, so head office can manage the whole network from the portal.
